This 12.8V 150Ah lithium iron phosphate battery stores 1920 watt hours of energy, providing extended runtime for golf carts, floor cleaning machines, and utility vehicles. With over 4000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge, it outlasts lead acid batteries by up to 10 times. The integrated BMS protects against overcharge, over discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and temperature extremes. The IP67 rated ABS housing is fully dust tight and waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes.

Discharge Performance
Continuous discharge current is 100 amps, sufficient for a golf cart climbing hills or carrying four passengers. Maximum discharge current reaches 200 amps for less than 3 seconds, handling acceleration surges and steep inclines. Recommended voltage disconnect is 10V. BMS discharge cut off voltage is 8.8V with reconnect at 10.4V. Short circuit protection activates within 300 to 800 microseconds.

Charge Parameters
Charging uses the CC CV method with charge voltage range of 14.4V to 14.8V. Recommended float voltage at full charge is 13.8V. Standard charge current is 20 amps for optimal cycle life, while maximum charge current is 100 amps for fast charging (0.67C). BMS charge cut off voltage is set to 15V.

Cycle Life and Longevity
Rated for over 4000 cycles at 1C charge/discharge and 80 percent depth of discharge while retaining over 80 percent of original capacity. For a golf cart that cycles once per day, this provides over 10 years of service. The low self discharge (2% per month) means the battery holds its charge between uses.

Temperature Range
Discharge temperature range is -20°C to 60°C. Charge temperature range is 0°C to 60°C. Storage temperature range is -40°C to 70°C. BMS high temperature cut off is set to 78°C, providing extra safety margin in hot environments.
